I am seeking an Administrative Assistant position within a fast-paced office in
which my secretarial experience and extensive work coordinating fundraisers and
new product launches would be fully utilized. Ideally, this position will lead
to a promotion in marketing and event planning after I have had the opportunity
to learn the ropes and prove myself.
In addition to my ability to coordinate the logistics of multifaceted
day-to-day office activities and special projects, I am certain that my
proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, along with my multilingual
communication skills of which include Spanish, Italian and Portuguese would
greatly contribute to increased productivity and excellent client relations on
many levels.
