I am seeking to secure a position with
your long-term care facility that would benefit from my well-rounded background
as a dietary supervisor with St. Agnes, a regionally leading long-term care
facility.
Having more than 15 years of experience
in food service management, I was able to make an immediate contribution to
earlier positions. In four short years, I received rapid promotions leading to
my current position as dietary supervisor.
Considering the narrow margin for
advancement, this was certainly recognized as an achievement by all concerned.
As dietary supervisor, I have efficiently
managed multifaceted dietary service operations supporting this large facility
with 450 beds and 800 employees. Briefly, this includes directing a staff of 150
dietary aids and cooks, improving processes, reducing costs, increasing
productivity, and ensuring compliance with dietary requirements and regulatory
guidelines.
With the scope of my knowledge,
experience, and credential as a Certified Food Protection Professional, I would
like to move my career towards director of dietary services. Unfortunately, it
is unlikely that the opportunity for future growth will become available for
quite some time. |
