In my current position as
restaurant manager / catering manager with Shae Restaurant, I manage all aspects
of this busy restaurant's operations. Through leadership of a large full-service
staff, I am able to run a tight ship, build customer relationships, and
coordinate FOH and BOH responsibilities with a high degree of efficiency.
What I enjoy most is
managing the restaurant's wine program. Although Shea's does not officially have
a sommelier, I have used my knowledge of wines to build a diverse inventory of
domestic and international wines. My passion for wines and ability to educate
customers about wine selections have resulted in enhanced business image and
increased sales revenues.
As a recently licensed
sommelier, my experience as wine consultant and beverage director for the newly
opened Bella Lounge
at Bravo Nightclub was a huge success. This was an exciting opportunity for me
to use my creative talents to develop the club's wine and wine-martini menu.
It is this experience and
enthusiasm that I would like to bring to your restaurant as a restaurant manager
