In my career, I have provided hands-on engineering related project leadership to ensure the success of major infrastructure developments impacting a main highway system connecting three states, from initial planning, design and contract administration to on-time completion.

A snapshot of my role includes conducting surveys and mapping assignments for small to large projects involving foundation formations, performing preliminary structural analysis, and managing complex design initiatives. In my current position with HWY Contracting, I produce technical layouts for new highway infrastructures, prepare feasibility reports, perform traffic analyses, and maintain compliance with local ordinances, DMV regulations and EPA guidelines.

My documented record and outstanding performance evaluations reflect my proven ability to drive new business opportunities as a result of expert proposal development and bidding process management. In fact, my work to date has facilitated the award and renewal of competitive contracts valued at more than $200M over the course of six years with HWY Contracting.
