My accomplished construction project management experience across residential, commercial, industrial and governmental construction is well documented.  In my region, I am known for heading some of the most lucrative negotiations that won some of the largest bids to build parks for many of the City's public school systems, which often entailed rehabilitation initiatives using many of today's leading materials recycling programs to contain costs and reduce harm to the environment.

The scope of my business management strengths range from project site management, crew supervision, contract and proposal development and bidding processes, budget planning and tracking, OSHA, HazMat, code compliance, reading and interpreting schematics, coordinating building placements.

I am from a long line of Italian immigrants who established their roots with their bare hands and fine craftsmanship of interior and exterior commercial and residential buildings.

In 1995, I made my family proud by earning a degree in business management with a minor in architecture, as well as extensive vocational training in Structural Engineering. Maybe I am more old fashioned than I care to admit -- I feel hard work triumphs over credentials.
